Revising or Writing Your Will
Writing a will is the first thing that
any person who has a responsibility toward others should do.
If you die without a will, your property will be allocated according to
the provisions of the Civil Code of Québec (in the province of
Quebec) or the legislation governing family patrimony, matrimonial regimes
and supplemental pension plans of your province, regardless of your wishes
for your estate.
Writing
a will is no problem at all compared to the time lost and the financial
problems your family will face if you neglect this responsibility.
