change
The change in the price of a stock from its closing price on the
previous day to the most current price.
Previous
close
The closing price at which a stock sold on the previous trading
day.
Volume
The total number of shares of a stock that were bought or sold during
a trading day.
Bid
The highest price that a buyer is willing to pay for a stock.
Ask
The lowest price that a seller is willing to sell a stock.

high
The highest price paid per share on a given trading day.

Outstanding
shares
The total number of shares that have been issued by a given company

is calculated by multiplying the number of issued and outstanding
shares by the stock's most recent closing price.
Dividend
yield
The proportion of yield a company pays out to its shareholders in
the form of dividends over the last 12 month period divided by the
stock’s current price.
Price/earnings
ratio
The last traded stock price divided by the earnings per share. This
calculation is based on the last four quarters of earnings as reported
by the company.
