About the Transfer Agent

The transfer agent is the company mandated by Industrial Alliance to keep its shareholder registry and provide shareholders with certain services. Industrial Alliance’s transfer agent is Computershare.

As an Industrial Alliance shareholder, you must contact the transfer agent if you have any questions pertaining to:

	address changes
	the issue, registration or cancellation of share certificates
	lost or stolen share certificates or share ownership statements
	dividend payments
	your tax statement
	an estate
