your convenience, to bring you the accident insurance policy covering
your newborn, as well as the attractive night light.

The bonus is offered for a limited time or until stocks are depleted.
Limit of one accident insurance policy for the same child. The accident
insurance coverage takes effect on the later of the following dates:
the 15th day of life of the child or the date of receipt of the
application form at the Company’s head office. The child must
be 12 months of age or under on the effective date of the accident
insurance policy.
