This offer does not involve any obligation on your part. An Industrial Alliance representative will be happy to make an appointment, at your convenience, to bring you the critical illness insurance policy covering your children, as well as the mini first aid kit.

The bonus is offered for a limited time or until stocks are depleted. Limit of one free critical illness insurance contract per child between the age of 2 and 5 inclusively.

The insurance takes effect on the date of the application form is received at the head office of the Company. The period of coverage is 12 months.
