Filing a Claim – The Kiddy Plan
Before filing a claim, make sure that the insured on whose behalf you’re filing the claim is protected under the insurance coverage.

The form, along with the proof and documents proving the diagnosis of critical illness must be provided to the Company no later than 90 days after the diagnosis.
The Company will remit the benefit payable under the terms of the contract to the contractholder or to the legal assignee.
All payments remitted under the terms of the contract will be made in legal Canadian tender.
