Member Services
Our Group Pensions Department
has placed particular emphasis on establishing an effective communication
program to help companies and plan administrators provide useful, high-quality
information to employees so that they can make informed decisions.
All documents are published in French and in
English. Service is also available in both languages.

 |
Online Enrolment |
Participants can enrol in their plan through
our Web site, thus avoiding having to complete the enrolment form manually.
At the end of the online enrolment process, the information on the screen
is automatically forwarded to Group Pensions and a pre-completed pdf form
is generated. The participant simply has to print, sign and return the
form to us to confirm his or her enrolment. Since access to this service
is secure, the plan sponsor is responsible for providing the members with
their access codes, which are available on the Extranet.

 |
Enrolment Assistance |
A service and promotion representative can organize
group meetings to explain the new plan to employees, on their work premises.
The representative will provide information on the plan’s various
administrative and financial aspects, guide employees in filling out the
forms and answer all questions.
When a new member enrols in an existing plan,
customer service can provide the assistance required to facilitate the
enrolment process.
