Our Group Pensions Department has placed particular emphasis on establishing an effective communication program to help companies and plan administrators provide useful, high-quality information to employees so that they can make informed decisions.

Online Enrolment

Participants can enrol in their plan through our Web site, thus avoiding having to complete the enrolment form manually. At the end of the online enrolment process, the information on the screen is automatically forwarded to Group Pensions and a pre-completed pdf form is generated. The participant simply has to print, sign and return the form to us to confirm his or her enrolment. Since access to this service is secure, the plan sponsor is responsible for providing the members with their access codes, which are available on the Extranet.


Enrolment Assistance

A service and promotion representative can organize group meetings to explain the new plan to employees, on their work premises. The representative will provide information on the plan’s various administrative and financial aspects, guide employees in filling out the forms and answer all questions.

When a new member enrols in an existing plan, customer service can provide the assistance required to facilitate the enrolment process.

Qualified client service personnel are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Eastern time), from Monday to Friday, to assist you in the day-to-day management of your pension plan. You may reach them at the following toll-free number: 1-800-567-5670.

Member's Guide

When you enrol, you will receive a guide containing the information you need to develop a savings program adapted to your retirement objectives.

Member's Statement

Each member regularly receives a statement indicating amounts deposited, earnings accumulated, the account balance, current investment instructions, the investment allocation among the investment vehicles, as well as the net return on the account during the period concerned.

Info-Investment Telephone Service

Members may contact Info-Investment personnel at 1-800-567-5670 for toll-free information on the various investment vehicles, as well as guidance on the choice of their investment instructions and retirement planning.

Transactional Internet Site (CyberClient)

Our Internet site contains a wealth of relevant information on our company, as well as our group pensions products and services. In addition, you can carry out the following transactions on the CyberClient secure Internet site:

give new investment instructions;

change your asset mix;

print a statement of your account.

CyberClient also gives you access to:

the amounts accumulated in your account;

your transaction history;

interest rates and unit values.


Your Investor Profile Questionnaire

Your Investor Profile questionnaire determines your investment horizon, measures your level of tolerance to financial market variations and guides you in preparing your investment instructions.

Assistance at Retirement

We will contact you before you reach the normal retirement age to inform you of your retirement plan options.
