Flexible Plan
The Flexible Plan adapts to
the needs of an increasingly diverse and mobile labour force and offers
members a high degree of flexibility in the choice of their insurance
benefits.
Allow your employees to choose the basic module
and the optional modules that will make up their plans.

Basic Module
|
The basic module may include, for example, life
insurance for one times the annual salary, a health insurance benefit,
as well as a higher deductible
and a reimbursement percentage. Enrolment in the basic module
is mandatory and the costs are generally covered by the employer.

Optional Modules
|
Three to five optional modules can be used to
enhance the benefits of the basic module, in addition to including disability
benefits and the reimbursement of glasses and dental care.
