Enrolment in direct deposit and e-notification
To access the direct deposit and e-notification services, you must be enrolled in CyberClient. If you are not already enrolled, click on CyberClient. Then, select Do you wish to obtain an access code and password? Complete the electronic form and click on Send. You will receive your personalized secure access code and password by mail.
With direct deposit, claim reimbursements are deposited directly into your bank account. With e-notification, you are notified by email when your claims are processed. Thanks to both services, no more need for paper! No more mail delays!

Type in your access code and your password and click on Enter |

Click on Group Insurance to access your personal file |
 |
Click on Direct Deposit and E-notification from the left-hand side menu |

Select Yes to Subscribe to Direct Deposit and Subscribe to E-notification |

Enter your banking information and your email at home or at work in the appropriate fields |
 |
Click on Validate. |

This will direct you to a new page, you must check the confirmation section and click OK |
Updating is easy! You can return to the Direct Deposit and E-notification page at any time to update your banking information or your email address.
