Enrolment in direct deposit and notification

Have your health and/or dental claim reimbursements deposited directly into your bank account. And benefit from our notification service by email which informs you when the analysis of your claims has been completed.

To enrol in direct deposit and notification


Click on CyberClient Client Centre

Type in your access code and password and click on Sign in

Once in CyberClient, under Your contracts, click on your Group Plan. You will automatically be directed to your group insurance file

In the Direct Deposit and Notification page, follow the steps to make your selection for both of these services

Updating is easy! You can return to the Direct Deposit and notification page at any time to update your banking information or your email address.

Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-422-6487 in the following cases:

You are unable to sign up for direct deposit and notification or modify your banking information through CyberClient

You wish to sign up for direct deposit for your disability benefits
