Enrolment in direct deposit and e-notification

With direct deposit, claim reimbursements are deposited directly into your bank account. With e-notification, you are notified by email when your claims are processed. Thanks to both services, no more need for paper! No more mail delays!

To enrol in direct deposit and e-notification


Click on CyberClient

Type in your access code and password and click on Sign In. You will automatically be directed to the CyberClient homepage

If you are a new plan member, you will receive a letter including an activation key to create your own access code and password

If you are not a new plan member and have never accessed CyberClient, click on Need a secure access?

If you do not remember your access code, click on Forgot your access code?, and if you do not remember your password, click on Forgot your password?

Under Your Contracts, click on your group plan to access your personal file

From the left-hand menu, under Claims, click on Direct Deposit and E-notification to enrol in these services for your health and dental claims

Select Yes to Register for Direct Deposit and Subscribe to E-notification

Additional fields will appear on the screen. Enter your banking information and your home or work email and click on Validate

Verify the information on the screen. If it is accurate, check the box and click on Confirm

Updating is easy! You can return to the Direct Deposit and E-notification page at any time to update your banking information or your email address.

Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-422-6487 in the following cases:

You are unable to sign up for direct deposit and e-notification or modify your banking information through CyberClient

You wish to sign up for direct deposit for your disability benefits

Go green!

By enrolling in e-notification and direct deposit, you eliminate the need for paper printing, so you help protect the environment. Think about it!
