InterConsultationTM: How Does it Work? |
When you call Best Doctors’ toll-free number, you are connected with a Registered Nurse. The nurse is dedicated to your case throughout the InterConsultation process by:

Gathering the required medical information on your condition. |

Submitting your case to Best Doctors’ team of experts and top-level specialists. |

Providing you with a thorough report produced by top specialists on your medical condition. |
You can then share this information with your treating physician.

FindBestDocTM and FindBestCareTM |
These services give plan members and dependents a chance to go beyond the consultation process. Best Doctors starts by conducting a search for available experts who may be able to provide treatment (referral from the treating physician is required).
Once the search is completed, a list of three specialists is provided to the member or dependent.
If medical care is needed outside the member's home province or territory, Best Doctors can help secure appointments, follow up and provide support in the event of hospitalization.
