Paint a picture on the screen? Yes, you can! Your hands won’t get dirty and it’s fun too! Before you get started, you should read the instructions. Then click on the paintbrush. Be patient… it will take a few seconds before your painting supplies are ready.

To paint a picture, your browser must support Java.

Instructions

To pick a colour

Click on the paint jar you want to use. The tip of your paintbrush will turn the colour you have picked. You can also mix colours.

To paint a picture

After you have chosen a colour, click the section of the picture you want to paint.

To create a colour

Mix two or more colours to make a different one. First, click on a paint jar, then click on the palette’s white square and place the colour on it. Do the same thing with another paint jar and place the second colour on top of the first one. The colours will mix to create a new colour.

To use a colour created on the palette

Click on the paintbrush and move it over to the palette by holding down the mouse button. When the tip of the paintbrush is the colour you want to use, let the button go.

To start a new picture

Click on a corner of the sheet at the bottom of the easel, on the left or right side.
