How to submit a request

Please make sure that you meet all eligibility criteria.



Fill out and print the donation request form.



Write us a letter in which you briefly present your organization (who you are) and your request (the main aspects of your event, your cause, etc.).



Send us your request:

By email to donation.sponsorship@inalco.com



Or by mail to:

Please do not send videos or voluminous documents.
To do our part for the environment, we prefer to receive your request by email.

Additional information

For budgetary reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept all the requests that we receive. A selection process was established based on objectives, management methods, organizational structure and impact on the community. We nonetheless sincerely believe that the majority of requests submitted are deserving of financial support.



In order to offer financial support to a number of organizations, our policy is to grant only one donation per organization per year.



Due to the number of requests we receive, only fully-completed applications/files will be analyzed.



After preliminary analysis, the person in charge of your file will contact you if additional information is necessary.



All sponsorship requests submitted are studied; a period of 30 days is necessary before we send an answer.
