Industrial Alliance has a college and university recruitment program and regularly visits educational institutions where it posts jobs for new graduates. The Company also actively recruits new graduates through job fairs and career days.

Internships

Industrial Alliance is aware of the role a company can play in developing skills and providing practical experience in the workplace and regularly offers university and college students the opportunity to complete internships with the Company. The training provided is tailored to meet the objectives of each program of studies and the Company's needs.
